Join the Movement



We need currently need volunteers for the following jobs:

  • Race Day  – Join us to cheer on participants along the course and at the finish line, hand out food and water, or help with setup or take down of booths/ tents. Enjoy the Run MS experience, without running the race!
  • Distance Pacers – Join one of our weekend long runs (distances between 6 and 22 miles depending on the training period) and help with pacing during training runs. We need a variety of paces; running experience required.
